  • Responsibilities: Greets customers, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, takes orders, receive payments, stock front of house, expedite order packaging needed. Handle cash and work front counter and Drive-thru operations, maintain cleanliness of surrounding work station. Ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met before end of shift.

Assistant Manager/Opening
  • Responsibilities: Supports the general manager in daily operations, assists with staff training, scheduling, shift control, cash reconciliation, waste control, temperature control and inventory management, securely open store. Ensure quality and compliance with health standards. Follow local health department food and facility regulations. They step in for the general manager when needed.

  • Qualifications: Good customer care, communication and organizational skills, 2 to 3 years' experience in restaurant management, the ability to function and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Must work well with others. Food handlers' card. Food safety license preferred. Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Assistant Manager/Closing
